2018 SUMMER NEWSLETTER

Hello again!

We are in the thick of summer after a great World Cup and plenty of business and travel at the Vecchi+Stoka Group.  This newsletter we would like to focus on Coconut Grove, that beautiful enclave to the South that has transformed itself and now has our attention along with many of our buyers.  With a steady flow of new residents moving to the Grove from all parts of town, a new generation of starchitect-designed skyscrapers have reshaped the skyline of The Grove with the opening last year of the ultra-luxury twisting towers known as Grove at Grand Bay.  Recently, the much anticipated Park Grove Towers II and III developed by Terra Group and designed by Rem Koolhaas has opened its doors.

The Grove is seeing a wave of new office and residential development as residents and office users gravitate toward urban neighborhoods that are well-located and easily walkable. This growth is luring retailers hoping to tap into a growing daily population. The multi-million dollar renovation of the famous CocoWalk shopping center is now proceeding at full steam, with the delivery of its new 5-story office tower building expected for the end of 2019.

In addition, just a few weeks ago the Miami Herald announced the upcoming addition of the Cipriani brand to the neighborhood with Mr. C Coconut Grove Hotel opening in the very heart of the village. CHECK OUT THE DETAILS HERE.
